Returns and refunds

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with our products we'll do everything we can to set it straight and get you smiling again. If there are any issues, please do your best to get in touch as soon as possible with your order details at support@houseofsquirrel.co.uk so we can work it all out together. 

Returns

Not in love with your purchase? No worries! You have 14 days from the date you receive your items to decide if they are right for you.

Please make sure the products are unused and in their original condition. To start a return, email  us at support@houseofsquirrel.co.uk and we'll provide you with a Royal Mail return label. 

Your refund will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned items, confirming their perfect condition.

Damaged packages

We use cardboard packaging to send our products, so it is possible for them to get damaged during transit. If there is anything visibly wrong with the items you have received, just send us an email with few photos showing the damage - of both the product and the packaging - and we'll fix straight away with a replacement. Also, please don't throw the parcel away in case the courier needs it to assess the damage. Please note that we will not send replacements if there are no photos to proof the damage.
